Be the person at the center of our marketing data. As the Senior Marketing Operations Analytics Manager you’ll both help manage the unification of data and then derive insights from it to inform marketing decisions as an analyst. This role will be critical to the success of Iterrable at Iterable project by partnering with our Data Engineering team to collect, unify and pass our first party data to the Iterable platform, and our go-to market strategy by informing marketing strategy through management of our key Marketing metrics.

Position Details:
- Drive the marketing data unification strategy and partner with data engineering to build the vision

Understanding of sales and product life cycles and their respective impacts on the marketing organization to drive demand and revenue.
- Create and manage performance metrics that help Marketing understand each stage of the life cycle
- Build and manage data in our CDP that will enable marketers to orchestrate customer journeys in Iterable
- Improve marketing results by defining and managing segmentation process and criteria
- Ad hoc analysis to support marketing inquiries
- Train and educate on how to best leverage our marketing data
- In this role, you will analyze marketing data to help marketing teams understand the effectiveness of overall marketing and individual campaigns and will deliver insights/actions for improvement
- You will focus on systems, standards, and processes used to analyze and report on marketing performance and business KPIs
- As a collaborator with a proven ability to work effectively and earn trust in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment, you’ll work closely with cross-functional marketing and sales operations teams
- Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 4+ years of experience with Segment or similar CDP
- Expert in Tableau or Sigma
- Proficient in SQL
- Understand data strategy development and infrastructure deployment, including data management and governance
- Self-starters who can diagnose inefficiencies and optimize processes to maximize results
- Highly analytical, decomposing complex problems into manageable pieces

For candidates in Tier 1 cities, the base salary range for this position is $144,000 to $216,000.
For candidates in Tier 2 cities, the base salary range for this position is $127,000 to $190,000.
For candidates in Tier 3 cities, the base salary range for this position is $117,000 to $175,000.
Within the range, individual pay is determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations. While we use our full salary ranges, we only consider offering a salary near the top of the range in situations where the candidate far exceeds the experience level and skills required for the role.

The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
