Meet the Role:
The Business Report Analyst, will collaborate will all levels of the organization, propose innovative and unique approaches to utilize data to resolve challenges within Customer Care environment.
You will use data analytics to propose innovative and unique approaches to utilize large structured and unstructured data to resolve challenges within our business environment.
You bring analytical, data mining, data modeling and data management skills, and ability to utilize data to drive strategic business directions.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategize, design and deliver reporting, data analytics, trending and insights for stakeholders, business functions, key operations and performance metrics across the Customer Care Department. This includes standard, initiative driven and ad-hoc reports for KPIs, performance and day to day activities.
Build, develop, and maintain reporting systems using Salesforce, PowerBI and Tableau to support key business decisions.
Work on financial models and financial analytics for budgeting including trending and forecasting in collaboration with FP&A and reconcile month end reporting with FP&A.
Present and discuss solutions options, risks and recommendations on financial reporting, interpret the needs of the business and how to solve/solution
Provide support and maintenance on all reports including Jira management, issue resolution, data set and source resolution.
Analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations that enable effective Customer Care (Professional Services, Customer Success and Customer Support) business decisions.
Work on cross-functional projects using data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
Assist in the request intake process, support prioritization, resource allocation and delivery of reporting requests.
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Tools:
- 3-4 years of experience with Financials model and Salesforce reporting
- Proficient with data mining and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Proficient computer skills including use of Microsoft Office products or equivalent software and the ability to learn corporate software programs.
