Position Summary:
As the Senior Product Leader on the Analytics team, you will lead the product vision, GTM strategy, and overall roadmap for your assigned portfolio of data-driven products. Your direct customers will be technologists, and you will play an instrumental role in enabling the organization to bring new solutions to market that transform the way healthcare is provided.
This is a highly collaborative and influential role, where you will be responsible for building and driving the strategy of PointClickCare’s platform across multiple product verticals. You are data and insight driven, passionate about solving complex problems, and you have a proven track record of aligning cross-functional teams towards common goals.
In this role, you will drive the future development of technical solutions that liberate operational and transaction data into data pipelines, data sharing solutions, business intelligence and data access solutions including analytics and AI/ML.
 

What you will be doing:

    • Leading the vision, strategy, and execution for your products.
    • Building and managing strategic relationships with internal product consumers, Go-To-Market teams, and external stakeholders.
    • Prioritizing and synthesizing research into clear, actionable product strategy and building consensus around the strategy with senior leadership.
    • Communicating roadmap and strategy to all stakeholders to align on outcomes.
    • Working with Engineering, UX, and Product teams to drive product development through planning, definition, development, and testing.
    • Using metrics to measure success of products through pilot and in-market.
    • Working with marketing and sales to build product marketing, positioning and messaging.
    • Working with implementation and operational teams to ensure customer success.
    • Managing development with partners and vendors as a part of an overall product delivery strategy.

What you bring to the team:

    • Senior level Product Management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
    • Demonstrable success in healthcare analytics, informatics or business intelligence.
    • Proven track record launching software products at scale. Experience working on platform products and services is a plus.
    • Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and stakeholders, and influence teams towards a single, cohesive vision.
    • Experience managing software products through the entire product lifecycle with solid product fundamentals.
    • Experience within an Agile/Scrum environment.
    • High adaptability or experience in an incubation or "startup" culture.
    • Strong listening, communication, collaboration and presentation capabilities.
    • Preference for some experience or familiarity with the cross-continuum challenges in the healthcare and interoperability market.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science/engineering, or a healthcare-related related field of study.
