Position Summary:
As a key member of Revenue Cycle Management Services (RCMS) team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and contributing to delivering key reporting and automation. You will collaborate with the team members, leverage data and analytics to highlight trending and enable business decisions from these insights. Using your experience and advanced knowledge in analytics, you will identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions to improve our service delivery and efficiencies. You bring analytical, data mining, data modeling and data management skills, along with the ability to utilize data and automation to drive strategic business directions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
· Build, develop, and maintain reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key business decisions.
· Develop and drive report automations, identify and implement ongoing process improvements
· Work with partners to deliver and validate reporting and automation
· Design and deliver reports and insights that analyze business functions, key operations, and performance metrics
· Creates & maintains technical specifications documentation and data models
· Become a subject matter expert in various areas of business and data to be able to act as consultant to stakeholders for finding new opportunities to drive business improvements with data and analysis.
· Deliver ad hoc requests for research, analysis, and financial information.
· Research and recommend innovative approaches to improve data analytics, insights, data quality and reporting.
· Analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations that enable effective RCMS delivery and business decisions.
· Develop understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide -analysis and interpretation to management.
· Ensure accurate quality for deliverables by working with peers for appropriate levels of quality assurance.

Required Experience & Skills:
· 3+ years experience and expert knowledge in data warehouse architecture, integrating and relating data. data analysis, data modeling and data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS)
· 3+ years experience with SQL, .Net, C#, or JavaScript
· Extensive knowledge of Excel, SQL, and ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries (knowledge of Power Query).
· Experience with R or Python
· Proficient in designing, building & testing PowerBI dataflows, datasets, data visualizations & data interfaces
· Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
· Problem solving and translating business needs into creative technical requirements and designing, developing, and testing data analytic solutions
· Experience leading cross-functional teams to identify business problems and understand desired business outcomes
· Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills along with technical project management abilities
· Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
· Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and to manage parallel work threads as part of a project
· Results-oriented with an ability to work with minimal direction and coordinate complex activities.
