Joining Collibra's GTM BI & Analytics team

Collibra’s GTM Operations team is looking for a Business Intelligence Associate to create confidence in our data quality across our Go-To-Market functions by driving global initiatives centrally and by building data, technology and process infrastructure and governance. This individual will own, among other things, the evaluation of tools to support the role, data quality and governance of key fields and supporting standardization across key dimensions for our Business Intelligence team.  This is a cross-functional and high-impact role that requires a keen sense of ownership and drive. You should have strong analytical and project management skills, enabling key business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide options, and drive solid execution. This person will report directly to the Senior Director, GTM BI & Analytics.

Business Intelligence Associates at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Manage the data quality within Collibra’s CRM including: routine reporting, data standardization, research, cleansing, and de-duplication and establishing quality expectations and enforcing standards and best practices
  • Develop, implement, and maintain data quality processes, training, and reference materials
  • Follow data quality rules and processes to remove duplicate data, cleanse inaccurate data, standardize data entries, and schedule data analysis reports
  • Enter and validate accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities, experience, and other client information
  • Perform daily CRM maintenance and project-based tasks, including resolving data issues, running data quality searches taking additional external research steps as needed 

You have:

  • 2-4 years experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases, preferably in Salesforce.com, Gainsight and Zendesk
  • Experience with data providers such as ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet, LinkedIn and others
  • Previous experience in data entry and collecting and compiling datasets from disparate data sources into the required data structure; experience with Workato a plus

Measures of success:

  • Within your first month, you will understand the current state of data providers and how data is entered into the CRM by various teams.
  • Within your third month, you will have planned out the priority areas of improvement and selected any tools needed to support data quality programs and developed a cadence of regular database maintenance.
  • Within your sixth month, you will begin to automate recurring data quality tasks and streamline/standardize dimensions needed for reporting and territory analysis.
