Joining Collibra's GTM BI & Analytics team

Collibra’s GTM Operations team is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Associate to analyze our operations and processes and work with stakeholders to recommend improvements to drive efficiency, quality and scale. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Analytics and working primarily with stakeholders across all functions within the Go-to-Market organization. You will also be collaborating closely with other Business and Data Intelligence Analysts across Collibra to develop a culture of data-driven decision making.

Senior Business Intelligence Associates at Collibra are responsible for:

• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to define key performance indicators and data gathering methodology to enable automated and self-service reporting.
• Develop and oversee data processing pipelines, and build automated processes for Extracting, Transforming and Loading (ETL) data between different formats and systems to support data analysis.
• Design, develop and continuously improve reporting and analytics solutions that are scalable.
• Create a set of curated production data sets for use in Go-To-Market dashboards and analysis.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, preferably related to technology operations.
• Experience with SQL, data warehouse tools like Redshift, relational databases, writing queries and/or data wrangling software like Trifacta
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations with business intelligence tools like Tableau.
• Experience with business/technology software like Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow and Collibra

• A relationship builder across the organization, ensuring that the right processes, metrics and insights are in place to help us scale
• Strong business acumen, statistical analysis, written and verbal communication skills

Measures of success:

• Within your first month, you will immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of the GTM operations team, learning about their stakeholders and Collibra’s internal data systems.
• Within your third month, you will have become intimately familiar with our CRM database and be capable of leveraging this information to calculate common SaaS metrics. You will have built relationships with key SMEs, continuously improve existing reporting initiatives and start to build your own.
• Within your sixth month, you will have successfully rolled out your first project for GTM organization
