Business Operations Analysts at Curai
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will conduct operational analysis and manage staffing models so we can deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service that delights providers and patients nationwide.

What You’ll Do: A day in the life of a Curai Business Operations Analyst will be spend doing things like:

    • Building tools and reporting to evaluate the Ops team and provider performance towards KPIs; managing Ops Dashboards in Tableau.  
    • Managing and maintaining staffing model; conducting data analysis to determine the number of providers needed to meet service level agreements.
    • Developing staffing, operational, and cost models for sales requests. 
    • Gathering data by working with the Data Science team and using Tableau, Google Data Studio, and/or SQL to analyze results.
    • Working with Product and Clinical Operations teams to balance primary care physicians’ patient load.  
    • Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining business solutions and recommendations to improve performance.
    • Effectively communicating analysis results to business leaders.

What You’ll Need: We recognize not everyone will have all of these requirements. If you meet most of the criteria below and you’re excited about the opportunity and willing to learn, we’d love to hear from you. You should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or other STEM-related fields.
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, sales operations, or consulting.
    • Experience in data mining and analysis (Google sheets, Tableau, and Google Data Studio).
    • Ability and willingness to work U.S. day-time hours (minimum 9 am PST to 6 pm PST Mon-Fri).
    • Data analytics experience at a high-growth tech company.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Extreme process orientation.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, yet maintain team-level participation.
    • Ability to take initiative and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Comfort dealing with uncertainty in a constantly-changing work environment.
    • Ability to add to our already strong culture of candor with empathy.
