Omada is hiring a Clinical Research Analyst to join the Health Economics and Outcomes Research team. This role is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data from a variety of sources, including but not limited to clinical/EHR, insurance claims, and clinical research databases, and assisting with communicating these results via peer-reviewed manuscripts and other types of reports. This position will work alongside and assist the Principal Health Economist and reports directly to Omada’s Senior Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research.
About you:
You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a data scientist, analyst, research associate etc., in an academic, non-profit, or industry setting. You are passionate about understanding the impact of digital health behavior change programs on preventing and treating chronic diseases and driving changes in healthcare delivery. You are able to work effectively as an independent contributor in a team with diverse skill sets and to clearly communicate your findings and how they fit into the bigger picture of the organization’s goals.
