Job Overview:
Omada’s marketing team is focused on the first part of Omada’s mission – to inspire people everywhere to take the first step toward lasting, healthy change. We understand our audience, know what makes Omada different, connect these two things to tell a great story, then measure and optimize its success.

As a Consumer Marketing Analytics Manager at Omada Health, you’ll leverage complex datasets to drive consumer and business growth. You’ll work cross functionally with the data, marketing, and commercial operations teams to build efficient processes for marketing attribution, consumer journey mapping, and campaign performance monitoring. You’ll develop dashboards that drive strategic decisions, and you’ll build tools to make forecasting more accurate. Your role will directly inform how we prioritize what we start, stop, and continue within consumer marketing, which is critical to our growth as we evolve in the market.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background with a business-oriented mindset. You have a knack for solving complex problems and you know when to get in the weeds—after all, some rabbit holes are worth going down! You hustle smart, and are driven by knowing that your work has the power to improve the health of millions of people.

You’ll love this job if you’re:

  • Naturally curious: you’re not satisfied with the surface answer
  • Adaptable: you thrive in a fast-paced environment with lots of ambiguity
  • Scrappy: your critical thinking is top notch, and you can string together data from a variety of systems to form actionable insights
  • Strategic: you’re visionary, and can map out the moves to make today to ensure we’ll have the data we need next year
  • Empathetic: you approach analysis with your audience in mind, whether it’s your team or executive leadership
  • Focused: when given a puzzle, you buckle down to solve it

Your impact:

  • Work cross functionally with data, marketing, and commercial operations teams to build models and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and marketing funnels across online and offline channels, improve enrollment forecasting accuracy, and surface opportunities for consumer marketing optimization
  • Act as an analytics expert on the consumer marketing team, and function as a partner in strategic planning, experimentation, attribution, and personalization initiatives
  • Partner with analytics colleagues to leverage shared tools and solve tracking, attribution, and infrastructure challenges
  • Incorporate consumer trends, insights, and business context into analyses and recommendations

You will be successful in this job if you have:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing analytics at a consumer technology company
  • Experience building intuitive, yet multi-faceted reports and dashboards end-to-end
  • Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
  • Experience with SaaS marketing technology and tools

Bonus points if you have:

  • Startup experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau or other data visualization tools
  • Healthcare technology experience
  • B2B2C and D2C marketing analytics experience
  • Experience with analysis tools like SQL and R
  • Multi-touch attribution experience
  • Marketing research experience

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Stock options (extended post termination option exercise window for Omadans who are with us 3 years or more)
  • Flexible vacation to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
  • Generous parental leave
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)
  • 401k retirement savings plan
  • Stipend for professional development
  • Two giftable Omada enrollments per calendar year
  • Community volunteering opportunities, plus one day off per year to volunteer
  • ...and more!
