We are looking for a knowledgeable, organized, and diligent Commercial Operations Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong ability to flush out trends in data across a variety of nuanced relational datasets. You will work alongside Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance to maintain our Commercial Forecast processes. You will also assist with the creation and distribution of Commercial Forecast materials to relevant stakeholders throughout the organization on both a recurring and ad-hoc basis. 

 

You will play a critical role in providing our Organization with the insight needed to adequately prepare to deliver on Omada Health’s mission to bring better healthcare to everyone!

 

About you:

  • 3+ years of work experience in a high-growth, fast paced environment
  • 3+ years of experience working with Excel, auditing and summarizing datasets
  • Experience creating charts, pivot tables, and slide decks for various levels of users
  • Ability to communicate process models and other analytical concepts with non-technical business users
  • Self-starter and team player with outstanding written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and process modeling skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay self-motivated

Your impact:

  • Assist the Sales Forecasting Director in various dashboarding and reporting work streams
  • Develop new and maintain existing forecast models and associated reporting.
  • Partner with Commercial Operations and Data Science teams to ensure compliance with data governance standards in Salesforce.com, Marketo, and other integrated systems
  • Partner with Commercial and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain existing Commercial Forecasting processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify gaps in our existing Commercial Forecast Governance processes to configure and develop solutions for increased accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactively seek out and adapt to changes in sales strategies and activation of new sales channels
  • Update and maintain existing Commercial Forecast Governance documentation
  • Support Revenue Operations in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards

  • Experience in the Healtech or Wellness industry
  • Advanced Excel skills, PowerQuery, and/or SQL experience
  • Experience creating process models through leveraging relational datasets
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence software (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc…)
