We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to support our US-based Customer Experience associate team and establish quality-based processes and procedures.  The primary task of the Compliance Analyst is auditing, monitoring, and providing actionable insight and feedback to associates and the CX department. The Compliance Analyst will gather and document information to help improve associate performance and drive process improvement throughout the organization.  

Ultimately, we’re looking for a solid addition to our team, someone with a professional demeanor and excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do

    • Develop internal auditing tools and conduct internal audits and reports
    • Determine data-driven solutions and implements quality improvement plans
    • Assess the performance of our associate engagements with our existing and potential customers
    • Efficiently responds to problems and identifies opportunities to improve processes and procedures
    • Monitor and evaluate customer care interactions, including emails, phone calls, and chats
    • Provides actionable feedback and data to various internal support groups
    • Prepares and analyzes internal quality reports
    • Recommends and monitors preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved
    • Compile and analyze statistical data and provide insights on trends and patterns
    • Investigate customer complaints and product issues
    • Audits engagement reviews to ensure streamlined scoring across all teams
    • Partners with the team to provide training or coaching interventions to improve quality metrics

Who You Are

    • 2-3 years relevant experience
    • Detail obsessed and curious to discover business, process, learning gaps, and opportunities 
    • Customer service, training, or quality assurance experience
    • Recognize opportunities for improvement and can quickly determine if associate feedback is needed or more significant process changes are warranted 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to provide constructive feedback in a positive manner
    • Strong time-management and organizational skills
    • Ability to adapt to changes in the project and team demands for the needs of the business
    • Work effectively in a remote team environment Must be a self-motivator and self-starter
    • Exceptional listening and analytical skills
    • Project Management systems knowledge 
    • Can build complex data reports and KPI dashboards
    • Can create training videos, or modules
