About the Role:

This newly created role will be a key member of the CSGSO Business Analytics team and will work across the Customer Success Group (CSG) Strategy & Operations and CSG organization to utilize our business systems data to analyze and provide insight into the organization's performance. Additionally, this role will apply creativity and analytical thinking to design and implement operational dashboards and ad hoc reporting.
 
The role requires that you have a strong technical knowledge of database and business intelligence design and how to transform data into insight so we can utilize world-class functional dashboards, reporting, and analysis to ensure data-driven decisions are a daily part of how we work. You will work with our CSG Strategy & Operations teams to provide business insight.  
 
A background in Tableau, SQL, or experience supporting a pre-sales and/or a post-sales customer business is preferred. This position reports to the Sr Manager of CSG Strategy & Operations Business Analytics. 

What you will do:

    • Create the Tableau dashboards and analytic reporting in business systems such as Salesforce that allow us to measure and effectively execute strategies that guide Customer Solutions Group actions and investment
    • Own core activities for small analytic projects of moderate to high complexity
    • Gather requirements, design, and build dashboards & analytic reporting based on stakeholders & leadership needs to help monitor performance for all key indicators. 
    • Work with Sr Manager, Business Analytics, to define and maintain a set of data definitions and available measures across the CSG business.
    • Work with Sr. Manager Business Analytics to establish a roadmap and rationalization plan for all of our dashboards, reporting, analysis tools, and processes deployed across CSG

What you will bring:

    • BS degree, preferably with a post-graduate degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computing, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
    • 2+ years of relevant industry experience or demonstrable applied knowledge of working with Tableau or other data visualization software, Salesforce, SQL (large data sets/data warehousing). 
    • The ability to communicate cross-functionally, derive requirements, set and meet deadlines, and deliver insightful analysis and/or models.
    • Keen attention to detail while completing complex tasks
    • Open, growth mindset and high degrees of self-motivation, fostered in a fast-paced, high growth, dynamic environment
