Though dbt Cloud has a healthy freemium subscription base, we also have an enterprise tier for companies that need additional security features. As one of our first Customer Success Managers, you will be responsible for supporting the growth segment of these companies (1-500 employees) and helping to build the framework for customer success management at Fishtown Analytics.
Fishtown Analytics is headquartered in Philadelphia, PA with a majority-distributed team. This role is open to folks based in the United States.
