Position Summary 

Swiftly is a growing organization and is looking for a data analyst to join our team to help support our retail media platform.  This role will be responsible for data analysis and building client dashboards (Tableau) that support our top retailer and advertiser accounts as well as analyze digital shopper insights all while working in close collaboration with engineering, business, and account representative teams. 

Responsibilities Include:

    • Support our strategic analytics initiatives upon starting that will have an impact on our marketing and product team
    • Generate insights by processing information from multiple sources such as Google Analytics, store transactions and campaign data
    • Responsible for delivering campaign summary and insights to advertisers that include detailed analysis, insights and recommendations
    • Support with daily monitoring of digital performance, pulling out key trends and anomalies that allow the team to hone in on untapped opportunities or mitigate risk as they build out plans 
    • Collaborate with various teams to build out a tech stack to empower better analytics
    • Gather and review customer feedback 
    • Create funnel analyses to evaluate various campaign tactics and placements 
    • Mine large datasets and surface actionable insights, trends, and audience learnings 
    • Monitor campaign reporting from competitors in the retail media industry and make recommendations to improve Swiftly’s methodology 
    • Support the measurement A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring the structure and tracking methodology are sound in order to produce meaningful insights and success measurements 
    • Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years in digital performance analytics, with expertise developed in a fast-paced environment 
    • Experience creating reports, dashboards and data visualizations that clearly communicate insights into a narrative 
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal  
    • Attention to detail, ability to optimize processes and find efficiencies  
    • Able to meet deadlines and work independently 
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel functions, formulas, VLOOKUP function, and pivot tables is required 
    • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) a plus 
    • Understanding of AB / Multivariate (MVT) Testing approach from hypothesis generation through data gathering and conclusions is a plus 
    • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple groups and levels in the organization 
    • Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit 

Preferred Qualifications:

    • B.S. in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Econometrics, or a related discipline
