Truepill is seeking a Data Analyst.

You will be responsible for leveraging your analytical skills and have a hands-on attitude to help bring actionable insights that you or the team will use to implement, drive, and shape how programs, projects, and/or teams run at Truepill.

You will partner cross-functionally across teams to ensure Truepill maintains high quality and service standards, identify actionable insights and KPIs, and help drive accountability and efficiency targets across Truepill’s various products, services, and teams.

You will lead the day-to-day reporting, triaging, model-building, forecasts, ad-hoc analysis, and communication of various initiatives, operational metrics, and KPIs across Truepill’s organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

    • Perform analyses to uncover and build an understanding of key business problems
    • Develop and maintain company-wide KPIs and dashboards
    • Develop and deliver new reporting capabilities, including ad-hoc requests
    • Scrub, validate, and develop databases or master data
    • Work with others to define and implement processes and procedures

We're Looking for Someone With:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or other related degree
    • 2+ years of experience in data analytics or similar quantitative work
    • Excellent SQL skills and fluency in Python
    • Proficient with Tableau and Data Visualizations
    • Strong quantitative abilities and problem-solving skills
    • An eye for compelling data visualization and extensive experience with related tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode)
    • Detail-oriented, able to clean data and understand good data practices
    • Able to work both independently and cross-functionally
