What You'll Be Doing:

    • Establishing metrics, reports, and dashboards to track performance against improvement targets
    • Ensure Truepill does not compromise quality by meeting all compliance and regulatory requirements
    • Scrub, validate, and develop databases or master data
    • Working with multiple stakeholders and business partners to drive processes from inception to closing
    • Define, document, and manage requirements through interacting with software developers, technical architects, and various teams and leaders within Truepill
    • Proactively partner with the pharmacy, warehouse, and engineering teams to address issues and work closely to propose quality improvement projects and implement/suggest solutions in workflow
    • Work with others to define and implement processes and procedures
    • Generate ad hoc reports for various stakeholders and team

What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or other related degree
    • Support new reporting capabilities, including ad-hoc requests
    • Experience of relational databases and query tools
    • Provide coherent data analysis through clear and concise dashboards
    • Strong quantitative abilities and problem solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail and process follow-through
    • Able to work both independently and cross-functionally
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills; excellent communicator with active-listening skills
    • Fluency with Business Intelligence Tools: Tableau, Looker, Data Studio
    • 1-2 years of extensively using SQL and/or Python
    • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
    • Experience in creating and documenting detailed requirements, user stories/specification by example, business processes, fit/gap analysis
