What You'll Be Doing:

    • Manage a team of high performing data analysts and provide mentorship, guidance, and career development 
    • Establish team goals through collaborating cross-functionally to understand business needs and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results
    • Build a solid framework for collecting, analyzing, and sharing product key performance metrics and insights
    • Become a cross-functional leader that informs product and business decisions through championing data analysis best practices, and consistently sharing data insights in a clear and easy-to-understand way
    • Collaborate with the data systems and engineering team to develop a data infrastructure that allows analytics to gather insights efficiently and at scale at Truepill
    • Define, document, and manage requirements through interacting with software developers, technical architects, and various teams and leaders within Truepill
    • Proactively partner with the pharmacy, warehouse, and engineering teams to address issues and work closely to propose quality improvement projects and implement/suggest solutions in workflow
    • Work with others to define and implement processes and procedures
    • Generate ad hoc reports for various stakeholders and team
    • Ensure Truepill does not compromise quality by meeting all compliance and regulatory requirements Scrub, validate, and develop databases or master data

What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or other related degree
    • 5+ years experience working with data in a fast-paced environment
    • 2+ years of people management experience (or equivalent experience managing peers or team members in a mentorship/informal capacity)
    • 5+ years of experience with SQL, data analysis, visualization tools (ex: Tableau, Looker), and programming languages such as Python
    • Experience using quantitative approaches to deliver business insights and drive change
    • Experience leading major end-to-end analytic projects (planning, design, hands-on development, stakeholder management, communication, and maintenance)
    • Advanced fluency with Business Intelligence Tools: Tableau, Looker, Data Studio
    • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
    • Experience in creating and documenting detailed requirements, user stories/specification by example, business processes, fit/gap analysis
