We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Analyst Intern to join our team and support our Product Teams in tracking key metrics with our proprietary product analytics solution. As an intern, you will have the unique opportunity to apply your engineering knowledge in a practical, real-world setting while learning from a team of seasoned professionals. This internship program is designed to provide you with valuable hands-on experience and help you develop the skills necessary for a successful career in data engineering and product analytics.

What you will be doing:

Collaborate with Product teams to gain a deep understanding of their key performance metrics in the context of our products.
Take an active role in understanding and interpreting product data using our product analytics solution—Heap.
Contribute to the refinement of data elements/events dashboards and other tools to improve utilization of the tool.
Actively participate in troubleshooting and resolving analytics-related queries or issues.

What you will need to know/have:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program, with a strong interest in data engineering and product analytics.
Familiarity with product analytics tools and methodologies is a plus, and a willingness to learn is essential.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail is critical.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
Demonstrated self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or similar is a valuable asset.
Genuine interest in technology and software development.
