Jobcase is a social media platform dedicated to empowering and advocating for the world’s workers. We develop technology to help people lead better, more meaningful work-lives – providing access to jobs, tools to take action, and a community for support. Jobcase is an affiliate of MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab, and collaborates with employers, nonprofits and government agencies to both improve, and diversify access to opportunity and participation in the workforce.
The Member Acquisition team is Jobcase’s engine of growth: through multi-channel digital marketing, we bring jobseekers onto our sites, where we connect them with both career opportunities and a community of support through their job-seeking journey. Our team is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to make data-driven outcomes that grow our member base and optimize digital channel performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for directing and optimizing one or more of our digital marketing channels. You will define our channel strategy, determine how to measure success, and empower the team to achieve our motivated growth impact goals by collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data, and using the resulting recommendations to make better business decisions.
If you are looking to join a company where you can proudly bring your whole self to work, we invite you to apply today.
