Jobcase is looking for a Senior Optimization Analyst to join our Job Optimization team within Customer Success. The Customer Success group partners with Employer Sales for the onboarding, delivery, and profitable campaign execution for our customers. The Job Optimization team focuses heavily on the Job Marketplace, strategizing with account managers to fulfill employer needs, developing company-wide business analytics, and advising on product development. They are responsible for understanding how customer changes impact the Jobcase auction environment and creatively finding solutions to meet customer ROI and volume goals. Optimizers are strategic thinkers, a successful candidate will be an analytical powerhouse who can help Customer Success and Employer Sales drive increased hiring and investment in the Jobcase community by top-tier employers.
