What you'll be doing here:

    • Build reports and dashboards to support analysis & sales reporting using internal data. Will be done using a mix of Salesforce, Tableau/Looker, Excel, and SQL
    • Capability to quickly understand, validate and map complex back-end data tables
    • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand different data streams and potential gaps
    • Determine root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for long-term solutions
    • Evaluate large datasets for overall quality and accuracy, vetting and cleaning the database as needed to support sales needs
    • Drive improvement of business processes, leveraging the SFDC platform and other sales tool technologies to drive growth and scale
    • Guiding Change Management and Enablement (especially from a systems and process perspective)
    • Assisting with key sales planning activities during planning and budgeting cycle
    • Providing ad-hoc analysis as required to aid management making judgements

About you and your skills:

    • 3+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst
    • Strong SQL Skills
    • Expert level proficiency with technical tools, data, and systems such as SQL, Tableau/Looker scripting languages and data science/analytics techniques and depth of experience with big data.
    • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
    • Results oriented, with attention to detail and can prioritize multiple objectives and projects
    • Have a successful track record of working at all levels of management and sales teams
    • Has the desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven, and motivate
