Summary

Our team is growing! We’re looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for data hygiene and integrity of our Salesforce instance and other related systems, data integrations, and creation of reports and dashboards. This role will report into Sales Strategy & Operations but will work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure data quality across departments within our systems.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for maintenance, administration and support of data elements
  • Managing intake for new lead lists and account ownership requests/movements that adhere to the set Rules of Engagement
  • Research assignments on new customer categories and getting necessary information for sales outreach
  • Accountable for executing and processing of data change requests
  • Create mappings between fields from different sources or systems
  • Manage data imports, database deduping, and cleanup
  • Ensuring sufficient data quality is maintained so that the data can effectively support the business processes and reporting accuracy
  • Identifying, investigating, and managing the resolution and escalation of data quality issues
  • Perform ongoing data quality audits
  • Creation and generation of reports on various metrics both quantitative and qualitative in Excel, Salesforce and other systems/tools

 

We’ll be excited if you have

  • 2+ years of experience in data management, operations, or business analyst role
  • Salesforce.com database knowledge and experience required
  • Strong Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Management experience required
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel; proficiency in formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, macros
  • Experience with integration technologies i.e., ETL, data migration and packaged applications is a plus
  • Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff, and executive management.
  • Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, hands-on, with a customer service mentality
  • Flexible with a demonstrated ability to embrace change
  • Nice to have:
    • SFDC Administrator 
    • Platform App Builder 
    • Platform Developer 1

 

The role may be hybrid in one of our offices or remote. For remote, we are looking for candidates based in the United States or Canada.
