Summary

Our engineering team is growing! We’re looking for more strong Machine Learning Engineers to join us and work on the most trendy AIGC researches and innovations in the video commerce space.

What you’ll be doing

Research the practical challenges with adopting and productionizing products with most trendy technologies such as LLMs, Stable Diffusion 

• Use a variety of techniques including predictive modeling, recommendation engines, and site and user experience optimization
• Research, implement, and analyze prototype algorithms for various machine learning initiatives; quantify and document performance capabilities and limitations
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex and large data sets
• Proactively perform data exploration on user behavior to discover future testing opportunities, especially on content recommendation systems
• Support our data modeling efforts to ensure we are capturing the data needed to improve our modeling capabilities
• Work closely with stakeholders to come up with data-driven tools and solutions to solve complex business challenges

We’ll be excited if you have

• Master’s or PhD’s degree in computer science or related field
• Strong background and experience on developing AI models in real-world environments, MLOps, and integrating AI/ML, and other services, into large-scale production applications
• Experience with Machine and Deep Learning toolkits such as MXNet, TensorFlow, Theano, Keras, PyTorch, Gluon and Caffe
• Experience in video and image processing and popular framework such as ffmpeg is a plus
• Experience with aggregating/transforming/exploring/manipulating data, building & validating models, creating training & inference pipelines/workflows and deploying at scale
• Experience using CI/CD tools and pipelines
• Proficiency in Python, Spark programming languages
• Experience with AI/ML cloud services such as Databricks and AWS Sagemaker is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations and virtual teams
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly innovative and fast-paced workspace and able to make decisions within a dynamic and ever-changing environment
• A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive

The role may be hybrid in one of our offices or remote. For remote, we are looking for candidates based in the United States.
