What You Will Do:

  • Guide, mentor, and provide direct leadership to Managers, Senior Consultants, and Consultants
  • Lead the development of business intelligence (BI) dashboards in PowerBI and/or Tableau across a myriad of different domains such as workforce, finance, procurement, DEIA, grants, etc.
  • Lead the extract, transform, load (ETL) of data across a variety of internal and external data sources to support integration into BI dashboards using open-source programming languages such as R and/or Python
  • Advise the client on recommendations and areas of opportunity as it relates to insights gleaned from analytics products
  • Collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders
  • Lead and support business development and go-to-market analytics initiatives in support of Account Teams across the firm


What You Will Need:

  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of hands-on development experience with business intelligence platforms
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with open-source programming such as R or Python or SQL
  • 5+ years of experience leading analytics engagements is required
  • 5+ years of consulting experience with the Federal government is required
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience providing proposal writing support, go-to-market support, and interfacing with prospective new clientele as it relates to the field of data analytics


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Master's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or Data Science is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience developing predictive models
  • Knowledge and expertise of AI/ML techniques
  • Experience working in both on-prem and cloud environments such as AWS/Azure

The annual salary range for this position is $142,300.00-$284,500.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
