What You Will Do:
Our consultants on the Advanced Analytics & Intelligent Automation team help clients maximize the value of their data and automate business processes. This high performing team works with clients to implement the full spectrum of data analytics and data science, from data engineering, querying, and data wrangling to data visualization, dashboarding, and business intelligence, to predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence as well as robotic process automation (RPA). Our services enable our clients to define their information strategy, enable mission critical insights and data-driven decision making, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust, and improve operational effectiveness.

- Belong to a collaborative team dedicated to Advanced Analytics and Intelligent Automation.

- Focus on client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development in data science and data analytics.

- Work as a data scientist and data analyst in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Continue career development in data analytics software, methods, and consulting.

What You Will Need:

  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • B.S. or B.A. in a relevant quantitative and computational discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Ability to analyze large and complex datasets (structured and unstructured), with a strong aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Proficiency querying data using SQL.
  • Proficiency in performing data wrangling, data manipulation, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling using Python or R.
  • Proficiency in developing data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Experience with software design and development.
  • Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g., AngularJS, Git).
  • Experience with and knowledge of databases and database concepts.
  • Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, ability to troubleshoot, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Agile (SAFe/Scrum) development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong consulting skills: identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships, creative problem-solving, driving initiatives forward.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance.
  • M.S. / M.A. in a relevant quantitative and computational discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
  • Ability to support business development including RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses and white papers.

The annual salary range for this position is $86,100.00-$172,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
