The base salary range for this role is $136,000 per year - $204,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.In addition to the base, bonus, and equity, full-time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, paid time off and other benefits like GymPass, Pet Insurance, Family Care Benefits, Free Shipt deliveries, and more. The Role:
This role will be a part of our Data Team. This role involves direct collaboration with our marketing, operations, and data engineering teams to define and deliver world class experiences for our internal users to provide the best experience to our customers.
 
Duties and responsibilities may include:
        In this role you will be responsible for building systems and user experiences for our internal customers that are able to aggregate customer data across many sources, integrate with various 3rd party systems and build personalized experiences that allow us to deliver a great and rewarding experience to our customers
        You will define best practices, frameworks and our 3rd party business intelligence tools and ensure they are properly deployed within the platform.
        You will need a fundamental understanding of our product, feature set and roadmap, and work closely with the product to make the right technology decisions to enable the team for streamlined growth and future development. 
        Leading in operational excellence you will always be monitoring and aware of the overall stability and health of the application. 
        With experience, creativity and smart data driven analysis you will work with the leadership team to define our product and engineering KPIs and OKRs, and work to deliver them.

        Building highly scalable and fault tolerant systems in a highly regulated production environment.

        Familiarity with: Object oriented programming languages, highly available distributed systems, event-driven architecture, complex 3rd party integrations.
        Partnering with cross-functional peers (Marketing, Product, Operations, Data)
        Passionate about working in a highly collaborative team environment
