The cube19 Consulting Services team’s responsibility is to guide customers through the first stage of their journey with cube19. We are looking for someone who can help us maintain the highest of standards with an ever-expanding customer base. You’ll need to be detail-focused and articulate in both written and verbal communication. Logical thinking, problem-solving and coming up with creative solutions should come naturally to you.
ThisSenior Technical Consultant (STC) will be based in the United States for cube19 and will play an integral part in establishing a presence in the region. The STC will report to the Manager, cube19 Consulting Services, based in London.
The person who fills this role will be responsible for owning the implementation process from both a day-to-day project management perspective, as well as handling all technical elements of provisioning and configuration of cube19 instances, requirements gathering, implementing technical solutions and resolving technical implementation/configuration queries. The STC will be working with new US-based clients up to large enterprise level, leading meetings with key stakeholders and business executives to discuss business requirements, providing consultation and advice on cube19 and Bullhorn best practices to help the customer achieve their goals.
The cube19 Consulting Services team will also take on billable projects or configuration based follow on work to which the STC may be assigned to as required.
A typical day might include:
Technical lead from start to finish of the implementation process - complete the technical deliverables of provisioning, creating, configuring and customizing of a customers system
Prioritize and manage workload to ensure the timely running of multiple implementation projects simultaneously
Assisting the cube19 Consulting Services team with resolving technical implementation support tickets from State-side customers via email or over the phone
Being the main point of contact for technical queries throughout the implementation process
Setting and managing client expectations, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on the implementation schedule, status and potential risks

Business analysis - work closely with the customer to understand their requirements, relate that to cube19’s product and provide a viable solution, working in conjunction with the relevant members of Bullhorn’s Professional Services team where required
Advise customers on how to optimize their cube19 workflow, recommending process changes to fit with industry best practice, again working in conjunction with the relevant members of Bullhorn’s Professional Services team where required
Consult customers on what is and isn’t possible within the cube19 product and their product package
Be able to research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
For issues that can’t be resolved personally, work closely with technical teams to resolve and communicate back to the customer
Advocate for customer requirements internally with the product team
Spot any potential issues and raise this with the team or sales representative to take action before the situation escalates
Completion of assigned projects and configuration work
This role may be a fit for you if You Have:
3+ years experience in a technical delivery role, definition and execution of Enterprise software projects in a technical or business analysis capacity
Expert knowledge of Bullhorn, with the ability to provide consultative advice to clients on best practices or workflow alternatives to achieve their data analytics goals
Understand key business performance measures for the staffing industry and general staffing workflow processes
Extensive experience interfacing with customers of all sizes within the SaaS industry or the Staffing Industry
Technical leader with a passion for building and leading highly effective consulting teams including hiring, training, developing, coaching, mentoring and providing career growth
Excellent knowledge of web and cloud technologies and languages such as SOAP, REST, Java, JavaScript, SQL, AWS, etc.
Strong organizational skills: note-taking, attention to detail, prioritization, time management, communication and delegation
Calm, considered and professional at all times
Strong problem solving/troubleshooting ability
Technical Skills:
Exposure to complex data structures and experience writing SQL
Understand the mechanics behind system integrations and how two systems connect via API
Be comfortable at consulting customers on API and architecture, and make recommendations on the implementation approach
Able to configure data mappings between systems
Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical people
Bonus Points:
A Bachelor's degree, equivalent qualification in Computer Science or - Information Technologies or demonstrable experience working successfully in a role with a requirement for equivalent skills
Understanding of agile software development processes
