About the Role

Bullhorn is looking for a IPMO Project Manager II - Data and Analytics  to join our team.

Why this Job is important:

As an internal project manager, you will not only be able to see, and understand the inner workings of Bullhorn, but also help lead/drive these large scale projects to completion. You will have a direct impact on the company you work for, and see how the projects you drive have a positive impact here. You also have the opportunity to help build out the internal project management office, with great opportunities for growth. While you will primarily work with the Data and Analytics team, you will also have the opportunity to work with all major operational groups.

As a Project Manager II- Data and Analytics, a typical day might include:

-Owning and leading business critical projects that impact the entire organization.

-Leading cross-functional teams in the development and realization of project deliverables.

-Managing project activities, expectations, and ensuring alignment with the project team, business users, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

-Quickly identifying and resolving issues that arise during project execution.

-Preparing and presenting status updates on active  projects.

-Communication with technical, non-technical, and executive leadership teams.

-Championing the project lifecycle beginning with intake and prioritization.

This job might be for you if:

-You have 3+ years experience in project management.

-Experience in Business Analysis

-Strong understanding of operational data & workflows
