Role 🎨
• Partner with the Leadership Team to ship an updated list of clearly defined primary and secondary KPIs for all departments
• Build and lead a stunning org of A players across data eng and analytics
• Audit, set up, and configure data infrastructure, including data pipeline, warehouse, and Looker, to accurately collect and report on analytics across the org
• Implement product usage analytics with clear definitions across all Mindbloom
• Proactively bring new operational challenges and business opportunities unearthed through data mining to the attention of business leaders

• Experience: 5+ years as data guru with a proven track record of creating data infrastructure and driving game-changing key insights
• Strategic: Understands the big picture and right questions to ask, finds signal in the noise, and excels as a business partner, not taskmaster, to the CEO and leadership team
• Excellence: Keeps the trust of the team by shipping and maintaining accurate, trustworthy intelligence
