About the role:

Limeade is seeking a Data Scientist I for a small but mighty Personalization team. In this role, you contribute to taking Limeade through its ML-first future, where best-in-industry algorithms are deployed throughout the platform to personalize the experience for all their users.

Responsibilities:  

  • Building and implementing Machine Learning models utilizing Databricks in the Azure cloud
  • Researching and implementing MLOps best practices to enhance the Personalization team’s machine learning lifecycle process
  • Performing statistical analysis to validate models
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to the business

Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field & min. 2 years exp.; or advanced degree w/out exp.; or equivalent work exp.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
  • Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques
  • Experience with big data platforms
  • Knowledge of statistics and experiment design (e.g. A/B testing, causal inference)
  • Ability to communicate complex technical work to a non-technical audience
