About the role:

TINYpulse by Limeade is looking for a People Scientist to join the Limeade Institute and help drive thought leadership in the Employee Engagement space. A successful People Scientist will use a customer-centric approach to build our assessment/advanced listening capability (e.g., author survey questions, curate our assessment library, integrate research) and lead survey-related communication efforts. The People Scientist will partner with our data teams and marketing professionals to explore our wealth of data and create compelling research pieces. We want someone who shares our passion for simplifying analytics. Simplicity and education empower clients to draw insights from data on their own. The People Scientist will form great relationships with Customer Success and Sales as we build our Premium Consultation Services.

Expectations for Success:

Content Strategy (30%):

  • Collaborate with customers to design and build people-centric advanced listening and people/talent management strategies.
  • Curate the suite of Questions and Assessments for our Content Library.
  • Contribute to survey-question and product feature design sessions.
  • Own the process for content creation and management.

Client Results Analysis (30%):

  • Explore client data to identify the most valuable themes and stories to help our clients improve their culture and business outcomes
  • Participate in results review sessions with clients; the audience typically includes HR Professionals and C-Level Executives
  • Partner with the People Team and our culture committees to continuously improve our culture

Limeade Institute (30%):

  • Integrate findings from research and analytics initiatives into internal product plans as well as client and marketing communications
  • Present research and client results through leadership to create internal and external thought leadership on HR issues in a variety of industries and regions
  • Support and build domain expertise for our Customer Success, Sales & Marketing teams through coaching and training

Continuous Learning (10%)

The People Scientist is expected to stay current with the latest industry developments. These may be in the fields of people analytics, organizational psychology, behavioral science or digital transformation, and/or the latest innovative customer programs. Continuous Professional Development will include attendance at industry conferences, regular review of journal articles, learning new skills or methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way.
  • Master's or PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or HR/Business Analytics.
  • 3+ years of applied research experience (primary, secondary) and writing reports, publications.
  • 3+ years of applied experience working as an HRBP within an organization or consulting to organizations.
  • 3+ years in data and analysis using large scale data sets; experience with R preferred, experience with SQL, Python, other analytical programming languages a plus.
  • At least 1 year of applied experience working with surveys throughout the employee lifecycle (candidate, onboarding, engagement, inclusion, exit) and/or 360-type feedback processes.
  • Experience designing, implementing and analyzing surveys, as well as presenting results to executives and HR leaders.
  • Performance management system implementation experience not necessary but preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills especially when explaining data and connecting it to potential actions.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages such as R or SPSS; moderate knowledge of statistics and basic knowledge of predictive analytics techniques preferred.
  • A desire to learn and work with new technology.
