Social Finance, LLC seeks Data Scientist, Pricing in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties: Analyze and forecast impact from pricing strategies across different consumer
lending products to optimize profitability. Analyze the existing portfolio and strategies to identify
opportunities for growth. Build reporting to deliver results of pricing strategies to the business.
Develop analytical frameworks to help decision makers understand the price elasticity of
customer segments. Collect, organize, and analyze industry data and reports including
marketing and competitive intelligence reports and historical performance data to find insights.
Continuously discover trends in customer behavior to inform decision making and recommend
changes to strategies as needed. Monitor key product KPIs and prepare weekly presentations
to senior level audience. Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Data Science,
Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in
the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Python (3 years); (2) SQL (3 years); (3) R (3 years); (4) Tableau
(1 year); (5) Data Analysis (3 years); (6) Machine Learning (3 years); (7) Risk Analysis (3
years); and (8) Market Analysis (3 years). Any suitable combination of education, training and/or
experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $143,500.00 - $165,025.00 per annum.
