Job requirements

What you will be doing

  • Build, manage, and lead a world-class analytics team
  • Develop a framework for how analysts surface strategic insights to multiple areas of the business
  • Roll your sleeves up and dive into the details while you build out your team. This includes helping us define and report on our KPIs, instrumenting and tracking product usage, and analyzing A/B tests
  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, product & engineering teams, and marketing team
  • Validate that the data is accessible, reliable, and documented

Who you are

  • 8-10 years of experience in product analytics roles with advanced SQL skills
  • You drive the analysts toward best practices and repeatable frameworks and act as a champion for the team’s methodologies and outputs
  • You are extremely detail oriented and ask the tough questions about why and how we define and report on our data
  • Experience with planning and reporting on A/B tests
  • Strong communication skills that you use to clearly highlight product opportunities
