So, what will you do at vidIQ in this Analyst role with a product focus...

As a member of our Global Data Analytics team, this role is focused on the growth of our product. This role is specifically focused on supporting the continued innovation within our core products, and involves creative ideation alongside our Product team. Work closely with our Product partners such as Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, Developers, and more. Sounds good to you? Join our growing global team.

You have 5+ years of experience with very large data sets and quantitative analysis. You’re an expert in SQL and have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to draw meaningful insights from large datasets. You enjoy turning ambiguous questions into actionable insights and are able to apply critical thinking to new unsolved questions. If you love data this role is for you.

In this role, you will

  • Identify and ideate, along with our Product team partners (Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, Developers, etc.), improvements to our core product.
  • Develop a strong understanding of how customers behave and identify, through data, areas for improvement in the user experience of our desktop and native app platforms.
  • Become a data expert, promoting data fluency throughout the organization and become a champion for data/research-based decision-making.
  • Build and execute test plans to measure how new features are driving changes to customer behavior.
  • Work alongside partner teams to implement your recommendations.
  • Own core product KPIs and the tracking and monitoring of those KPIs. Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to access data for customer insights.
