Job description
We're hiring a Marketing Analyst to build on our data-driven approach. Someone with an understanding of quantitative analysis. This is a mid to senior-level position. You'll partner with various teams to improve our products and grow our business.
We believe there is huge potential here since there are 2M+ users per day dealing with our platform.
You will:
- Perform quantitative analysis to understand how our users interact with our products
- Form hypotheses about our products and develop experiments to test them
- Partner with our product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities
- Pull data, build dashboards and keep an eye on trends in the niche
- Develop interesting insights about our product to drive data-driven content marketing
Job requirements
You have:
- Proven skills in Google Analytics
- In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
- Experience as a data analyst working with large scale datasets (Ideally at a startup or mid-size tech company)
- Experience with working independently on projects, but also collaborating cross-functionally
- Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, R, MATLAB, and Python
- Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel to be used for data set analyzing
- Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik
- Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations
- Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions

- A successful marketing analyst needs to have a combination of technical as well leadership skills
- Вackground in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics
