About the Role:

Seeking Growth Analyst that has experience with regional market development for a CPG eCommerce business. Experience with customer analysis, web analytics and paid media management are a must. Come help us grow the movement one neighborhood at a time!

Responsibilities:

    • Research the strategic landscape of current markets to understand potential customer demand in key submarkets and neighborhoods
    • Work cross functionally with Growth, LCM, Brand, Customer Care and Operations teams to drive market share in target areas
    • Develop marketing spend and user acquisition targets based on customer demand estimates
    • Work with field marketing teams to plan local events and outreach to increase brand awareness in target areas
    • Lead cross-functional brainstorming to develop localized creative for advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google, Direct Mail, TV, Radio, OOH)
    • Build market-level reporting dashboards to track progress and key growth metrics

Skills & Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of growth marketing experience as an analyst or media buyer
    • Hands-on experience managing digital ad campaigns
    • Strong planning and organizational skills
    • Relationship building and interpersonal skills
    • Strong Excel skills required. SQL skills a plus

Details of the Position:

    • Full-time, exempt position reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing
    • Salary and employee stock options commensurate with experience

Physical Requirements:

    • Sedentary work; involves sitting most of the time

How we are protecting employees from COVID-19

At Imperfect Foods, employee health and safety is our top priority. We have implemented processes and precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our facilities. We provide gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer to all essential employees who must report to work. Before entering our warehouse, employees have their temperatures checked. In addition, we take great care to ensure frequently touched surfaces are sanitized throughout the day and all warehouses are fully sanitized weekly.

We have also implemented an Emergency Sick Leave policy providing full-time and part-time employees 2 additional weeks of paid time off and up to 26 weeks paid leave if they have a confirmed case of COVID-19.
