THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Junior Business Analyst to our Wellz team in Brazil

Based in Brazil, the Business Analyst will support the Wellz operation and development of data-driven analyses on topics related to Clinical Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing for the Wellz initiative. This role is responsible for pulling out data, extracting insights, providing learnings and creating reports that help not only our operations  but all internal stakeholders take action based on the voice of the customer and the user.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Create reports and provide insights and learnings to all stakeholders;
  • Diagnose, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets;
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track customer activity and support team productivity;
  • Identify specific business and process improvement opportunities;
  • Assist with project management for selected projects;
  • Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes;
  • Test business processes and recommend improvements;
  • Query data and create user-specific data reports;
  • Filter and clean data by reviewing reports to locate and correct issues;
  • Collaborate cross functionally to prioritize business needs and complete ad hoc analysis projects;
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve new processes;
  • Monitor business metrics;

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience;
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
  • Previous relevant experience with dashboards, reports and data analysis;
  • Advanced Excel knowledge;
  • SQL knowledge with desire to improve proficiency;
  • Self-driven with a goal-oriented attitude (Hands-on Approach);
  • Ability to manage and handle data confidentially;
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently;
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to company changes and growth;
  • Enthusiasm about mental health and helping people have a healthy life;
  • Have a cross-org, holistic vision;
  • Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments;
  • Detail oriented, analytical and accuracy-first mindset;
  • Passion for excellence and continuous improvement;
  • Strong execution and ability to drive work to completion;
  • Good communications and presentation skills.
