We are looking for a Data Analyst who will support our customers with insights gained from analyzing data and delivering various data products such as benchmark reports, data trending and predictions. This role will work closely with the customers, Analytics Development team, and may be required to work with Product and Application engineering teams to assess customer needs and collaborate with required teams to deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Facing (Remote)

  • Engage with customer on a regular basis to understand their data needs within the scope of Service Channel’s platform products or other data analysis
  • Develop ad hoc reports and BI Dashboards as requested
  • Manage customer benchmarking and in-depth data mining/analytics requests with focus on relevant and key metrics related to its business operations
  • Conduct exploratory investigation on data points to identify areas of concerns and/or importance to customer
  • Present analysis findings and recommendations to customer
  • Manage customer’s requests lists and set customer expectations related to delivery or completion of tasks/requests
  • Facilitate customer’s discussions and schedule follow-up meetings to gather business requirements
  • Document customer requirements and deliverables
  • Act as the liaison between the customer and Service Channel’s data science and analytics team to explain and analyze requirements
  • Secure appropriate sign-offs (as required)
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and send status updates

Technical skills

  • Must have strong experience in performing ad hoc analysis in Excel
  • Must have BI report and dashboard development background (Looker or Power BI experience is nice to have)
  • Can perform data analysis on their own using some raw data
  • Can troubleshoot data discrepancies between applications and BI
  • Must have a good presentation skills
  • Must have basic project management skills
  • Must perform general administration to regularly update all project documentation, status, and progress using Jira
  • SQL development experience is preferred
  • Experience in analysis at a SaaS/Software company or within Facilities Management is nice to have

National: The salary range for this position is $79700 - $147900


Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
