As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll work in agile mode with FBS lean methodology to create data products for NPD (New Product Development). You'll be responsible for driving business outcomes and delivering value by designing, developing, and deploying large-scale machine learning systems. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into machine learning solutions. With your expertise in machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistics, you'll develop and implement algorithms for data mining, feature selection, and predictive modeling. You'll also mentor junior machine learning engineers and data scientists to help them grow their skills and knowledge. Responsibilities and Deliverables

·       Design, develop, and deploy large-scale machine learning solutions that can handle huge volumes of data with high performance and accuracy which includes data exploration, data preparation, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.

·       Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to build scalable machine learning pipelines, data pre-processing pipelines, and feature engineering pipelines.

·       Develop and implement algorithms for data mining, feature selection, and predictive modeling.

·       Conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of different machine learning models and algorithms.

·       Develop and maintain tools for monitoring and analyzing the performance of machine learning models in production.

·       Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for machine learning development life cycle.

·       Leverage advanced ML techniques for drift identification and automate re-calibration process.

·       Design and Development of CI, CD, CT Pipelines, deploy machine learning models into production environments - models prep for deployment, models test in the production environment.

·       Supports life cycle management of deployed ML models (e.g., retraining, new releases, change management, monitoring and troubleshooting).

·       Collaborate with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into machine learning solutions.

·       Mentor junior machine learning engineers and data scientists to help them grow their skills and knowledge.

Basic Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

·       At least 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data engineering, or a related field.

·       Solid knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistics.

·       Experience in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision and reinforcement algorithms techniques.

·       Experience in ML tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, OpenCV, Dataiku, Python (including NumPy, SciPy, Pandas), JVM, and Linux.

·       Experience in developing and deploying end-to-end machine learning solutions in production.

·       Familiarity with industry tools and container technologies used to build scalable machine learning systems, such as AWS, SQL, Elasticsearch/Open Search, Kubernetes, Docker and/or Spark.

·       Knowledge and experience with distributed machine learning and deploying models at scale in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS or GCP.

·       Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

·       Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.

·       Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·       Experience with delivering applied machine learning products, including taking a product through design, implementation, and to production.

Other Qualifications:

·       Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

·       Strong experience in machine learning engineering, data engineering, or a related field.

·       Strong project management and organizational skills.

·       Strong experience in Data Science, Machine Learning data preparation and engineering is a great asset.

·       Advanced understanding of a variety of modeling techniques including classical and deep learning

·       Ability to teach, mentor and lead through influence.

·       Resilience to obstacles, and ability to solve problems independently.
