Service Channel is seeking an experienced analyst to join our growing Marketplace Operations team. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering analytical insights that track provider performance and client health, both overall and on an individual basis. You’ll use large data sets to detect client difficulties within the work order cycle and deliver insights to key stakeholders that will enhance ServiceChannel’s understanding of provider performance. You’ll collaborate with other parts of the organization to craft the next generation of internal and external reporting, provide ad hoc analytical support based on individual client requests, and enhance the Looker dashboard suite to deliver real-time client and provider updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop next generation of custom reports to track client and provider performance
  • Leverage available data to identify root causes of challenging client and provider problems and partner with account leads to build data-driven solutions
  • Enhance the company playbook of data visualization tools (e.g., build new dashboards)
  • Derive trends and insights from large, complex sets of data and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Use broad set of KPIs to build and optimize successful provider networks for clients
  • Drive analytical knowledge-building initiatives (e.g., optimizing NTE amount, determining the correct preventative maintenance cadence) and disseminate key insights
  • Operationalize the rollout of cross-functional improvement initiatives with analytics and reporting solutions
  • Deliver ad hoc client-facing analysis and reports with quick deadlines

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3-4 years in analytics-based role (e.g., analyst, consulting, operations, finance)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings (strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required / SQL and Looker experience a bonus)
  • Ability to tell a story using data and clearly communicate “the why” to what’s happening
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently and take on high level of ownership
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environment
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity in analysis
  • Intellectual curiosity to go deep into data, identify trends, and ask questions
  • Brings a positive attitude and is adaptive and responsive to feedback

National: The salary range for this position is $77,600- $144,000


Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
