Gordian, the world's leading provider of facility and construction cost data, software, and services for all phases of the building lifecycle, is searching for a talented and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join the team.
The Senior Data Engineer will play a pivotal role developing and delivering data-driven products that meet customer needs. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, designers, and developers, to design, build, and deploy data products that our customers make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
· Designing and developing data pipelines for efficient data processing and storage.
· Developing and maintaining data architecture and models to support business requirements.
· Creating and maintaining data warehouses, data lakes, and other data storage systems.
· Implementing data security protocols to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.
· Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to develop data models and algorithms.
· Keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 5+ years in professional software development experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality data products and applications.
· Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
· Experience with incremental and streaming data processing (SQL, .Net, Python, or similar).
· Experience with Trino/Presto and MS Azure is a plus.
· Experience with API and/or front end development is a plus.

National: The salary range for this position is $115,500- $214,500
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
