The Operations team at Lucidworks helps optimize our corporate, product and go to market motions through efficient processes informed by deep analytics. To help leadership make optimal decisions, we need an experienced person who can build out our data analytics platform and develop a scalable framework to deliver insights and visibility across the organization. We’re looking for a strong visual storyteller who is comfortable working with systems and data and effective at project management.

You will...

• Work with leadership to identify, track and report cross-functional metrics to provide a single source of truth to measure, baseline and optimize our revenue engine
• Manage and work with team members to build dashboards, reports and forecasting tools to improve our revenue predictability.
• Understand revenue, product and corporate operations business problems and design and execute solutions through creative deployment of processes and technology.
• Manage the execution of a portfolio of projects, help other team members plan and remain on track with their major projects, and provide updates to leadership for all major initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on key strategic processes and initiatives.
• Advise and determine best practice KPIs to measure all aspects of the business.

You are...

• Extremely comfortable doing data analysis and familiar reporting out of key systems like Salesforce. You can run pivot tables and more in your sleep, and push to find the “art of the possible”.
• Experienced in reporting Saas business and operational metrics.  
• Experienced with BI systems and implementation of data analysis tools (domo expertise STRONGLY preferred).
• Skilled in synthesizing and communicating business performance, key objectives and areas of risk to senior audiences in ways that help drive the right actions.
• Experienced with program management, particularly in driving cross-functional projects and using influence to drive actions.
• Resourceful: willing to jump in, work with both opportunity and constraint, and leverage existing resources to accomplish goals.
• A team player:  confident collaborating with a diverse community of people and personalities across geographies, backgrounds, and professional abilities.
• Comfortable with Mac and G Suite tools or eager to learnBasic programming, SQL and scripting experience desired.
• Outstanding at interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic and care for all stakeholders of Lucidworks, including employees, executives, customers, partners, and guests.
