Responsible for the ongoing management and evolution of RPS’ Customer Solutions Insights and Analytics team, aligned with the strategic plan and priorities of the organization. The incumbent will collaborate extensively with RPS Product leadership, Analytics, and Finance, to plan, prioritize, and oversee the continual optimization of the organization's digital platform performance reporting, KPI attainment, client engagement and relationship development. Leading the efforts to understand where our competitors are going from a digital roadmap perspective, what new trends are emerging in the fintech space.
In this role you will be responsible for significant and complex assignments focused on finding opportunities that will drive the RPS capability vision. Seeking answers both within our data and seeking information sources outside of this organization. The results of these efforts will have long-term implications on where we focus our energy and require unravelling complex issues to contribute to the overall business strategy.
Specifically, this leader will:
We are looking for a seasoned leader with increasing leadership in data analysis, partner management and strategy. Proven experience developing and driving analytics and insights used to drive/inform digital platform evolution, sales coaching routines, product performance, and client engagement opportunities. Expert level proficiency with master data management tools. Proven ability to communicate with impact including written plans to gain commitment/approval from senior and executive leadership. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lines of business.
Basic Qualifications
- 6 or more years of experience in project management and leadership activities
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Expert knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Credit Card product experience
