The Marketing Analyst will own the integration and ongoing implementation of Martech that supports performance analytics, enabling the Marketing team to drive strong annual double digit growth. In addition, the Marketing Analyst will support channel managers and leadership teams with analysis and insights gained from marketing analytics. This role supports the direct-to-consumer Marketing team and reports directly to the Senior Manager, Growth Insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of data sources and quality across Aura and within the Marketing team to ensure data integrity in all analyses.
  • Manage integration process with third party analytics solutions.
  • Own the ongoing configurations of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Work with vendors to ensure the Marketing team is maximizing capabilities of third-party services, as well as internal offering and options to build.
  • Interface within the broader Marketing team to optimize programs within and across channels, and develop improvements to anomaly detection and alerting.
  • Enable and provide reporting and analysis of campaign performance, conversions, etc. to Marketing team leaders.
  • Develop strong partnerships with our Analytics and Finance leads in our forecasting and planning processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience analyzing marketing data and/or enabling others to do so to drive growth and optimization within and across channels
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience managing marketing technology integration and implementation
  • Experience with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager and Tealium preferred
  • Experience with tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio, Impact, and Tableau
  • Familiarity with fundamentals of web development and javascript preferred
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Service oriented, high-energy, low-ego, optimistic and exceptional team player
  • Excellent writing and communication skills - the ability to work with a remote team is paramount
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience managing marketing technology and performance
