About the Role

We're looking for another addition to our Operations Analytics team. This is a more recent group within Wisetack and we're hoping to find one more person to contribute to the advent of new tools and processes as we grow.

With four cohorts to date and an 80% return rate (for graduates), our intern program builds technical and soft skills necessary for a career in Customer Experience, Customer Success, or Operations.

For the foreseeable future this will be a remote internship with possibility for in-person work depending on COVID-19 and timing for our office re/opening (San Francisco, CA).

The Role

    • Test, track, and analyze initiatives to increase customer engagement
    • Create and maintain analytics dashboards for the Operations team
    • Develop dashboards and present metrics in weekly meetings
    • Partial contributions to selection of tools and processes development across the Operations team

Requirements

    • Data analytics experience, major, focus, concentration, or minor
    • Curiosity about user experience and feedback
    • Strong coachability and growth mindset
    • Collaborative attitude with strong communication skills
    • Self-motivated & self-starting
    • Drive to improve and iterate on all processes

This is a paid internship at $25/hour with a recommended weekly commitment of minimum 25 hours per week.

Applications are considered on a rolling basis with a preference for class of 2022 undergraduates or alums. This role is not designed for current nor graduating master's students. The start date for this role is flexible with a target of April 1, 2022 at the latest.
