As a People Analytics Program Specialist, you will support 1Password by delivering real time reporting and insights, related to anything People, to both company leadership as well as the People team.
In this role, you will work with the People team, business leaders and data consumers to identify reporting and analytical requirements, independently developing business and technical requirement documentation while also leading in developing reports, dashboards and analytics.

This is a Remote opportunity within the United States & Canada.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of related to business and/or data analyst experience (preferably in a highly confidential domain or the HR domain)
- Working knowledge of BI and data warehouse concepts and terminology
- Experience building reports and dashboards (experience in Tableau or similar platforms will be considered)
- Experience as an HR professional or with HR process considerations
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in an organized manner
- Experience with HRIS systems (UKG an asset)
- Ability to take complex data sets and parse down to clear analytics with concrete recommendations
- Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines
- Excellent business acumen, with an ability to connect the dots and tell stories using data
- Detail-oriented person who is passionate about quality and enthusiastic about new technology
- Proficiency with Google suite, Slack, Workspace, MS Word, PPT, and Excel
What you can expect:
- Lead the design, build, and delivery of People reporting for all areas of the business
- Collaborate alongside a cross-functional team (people, data engineering)
- Lead and participate in business-facing meetings to gather requirements and make recommendations around reporting / analytics solutions
- Play a key role in the daily support of end-users’ ability to access reports and/or effectively utilize the reporting platform
- Participate or lead activities that ensure redundancies for the People Analytics function
- Develop deep understanding of the various HR and business processes, data sets and data deliverables
- Support closely the Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and HR Business Partner teams in supporting the people priorities
