1Password is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics who will up-level the analytics capabilities of 1Password’s marketing organization. This position will service digital marketing, finance, and analytics teams, driving impact through modelling, advanced metric creation, and attribution enhancements. The ideal candidate in this role will be highly flexible, opinionated and curious to understand the data environment, comfortable devising insights from raw data sets.

This is a Remote opportunity within the United States & Canada.

What we're looking for:

    • We seek an individual with 4-6 years of experience in a B2B marketing analytics field
    • SQL proficiency for pulling, manipulating, and transforming data
    • Visualization proficiency using a BI tool like Tableau, Looker, etc.
    • Experience driving lifetime value and customer acquisition metrics
    • Forecasting experience, driving semi-automated forecasts that power financial models
    • Experience with attribution modelling, expanding attribution from single-touch to multi-touch
    • Experience with an analytics tool like Google Analytics for reporting
    • Familiarity with tying disparate datasets together for automated insights or metric updates
    • Intermediate knowledge of Python, advanced Python knowledge a plus
    • Intense curiosity for understanding the business and optimizing the funnel
    • Eagerness to teach the org how to self-serve
    • Startup attitude – a sense of ownership for business landscape

What you can expect:

    • Drive forecast automation through python scripting and python packages like Prophet, developing frameworks for ingesting historical data to product updated forecasts
    • Work with datasets and stakeholders from finance and marketing to product customer metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime values, and churn propensity models
    • Operate as the subject matter expert for automation, challenging other members of analytics to automate manual workloads
    • Drive conversations for multi-touch attribution, deploying advanced modelling methods to determine the effectiveness of incremental channel exposure to the customer journey
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where prioritization skills are critical for delivering the most value
    • Strong collaborative atmosphere with other analysts, where communication, collaboration, and cross-training are critical to the success of the team
    • A high degree of visibility with our executive team and marketing leadership on the outcomes of analyses and your recommendations
