BetterUp is looking for a Product Manager to help lead the vision and manage the full lifecycle of our artificial intelligence products. Our AI/ML team is tasked with everything from matching members and their ideal coach to ensuring members are getting the right resources at the right time and even transforming the way we engage with others. We have a wealth of structured and unstructured data which continues to better our member experience, and our potential to impact others, as we unlock it. 

Our team cares deeply about crafting the highest quality product experiences, and each team member has a profound impact on the vision and direction of what we deliver. The majority of our design and engineering team is distributed across the country. Our collaborative approach to product development helps establish a highly connected and high performing environment.

This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. 

Responsibilities: 

• You will own delivery, impact and continuous improvement of AI/ML products
• You will expertly guide novel and loosely defined AI/ML ideas through discovery, pilot and implementation 
• You will actively find opportunities to leverage AI/ML in our product

Skills: (If you have some or all of the following please apply!)

• 5+ years of product management or relevant experience
• Proven ability to articulate a vision and take an idea from concept to product
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML products (particularly NLP, ASR, CV, Recommender) 
• Thirst for learning and implementing the latest developments
• Excel at identifying and creating value with cross functional teams 
• Ability to influence a broad group of stakeholders without direct authority
