About the Role:

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of all sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity at The Mom Project.

The Revenue Operations Analyst will create both standardized & custom reports, conduct quantitative product & sales analysis; provide support assessing future needs and data integrity. This role will develop standardized tools, methodologies, and business processes to help improve TMP’s overall operational efficiency.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in the development and management of company commission plan, including managing calculations and standings, SPIF reporting and the quarterly payout process.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to transform data to provide business insights into key performance metrics and dashboards, all of which will help the sales management team focus on performance drivers.
  • Contribute to the management and continuous improvement of sales operational processes and systems.
  • Develop, recommend, and suggest innovative/enhanced reporting processes and analytic tools to support sales initiatives.
  • Prepare scheduled, in-depth evaluation of sales performance for external and internal reporting as required (e.g., pipeline coverage & velocity, sales forecast, win rates, etc).
  • Present sales planning analytical output as required for senior management presentations.
  • Create documentation on new or enhanced reporting processes.

The skills and abilities you’ll need to succeed:

  • BS degree in economics, statistics, finance, business, public administration, geography, or other related discipline preferred.
  • 2-7 years of industry experience.
  • Knowledgeable of sales methodologies and consultative selling, preferably with an ecommerce or SaaS-based company is preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to observe, research and interpret datasets to develop complex ideas and solutions.
  • Experience with EMSI and Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Deep experience of G-Suite required (extensive knowledge of Sheets required)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, productivity, and time management.
  • You have a knack for organization and can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
