As the Senior Data Scientist, you will develop and implement analytical methods to improve decision making and drive measurable business impact. The immediate focus of the data science team is to improve our match recommendation engine and AI roadmap. The Mom Project is growing quickly and this role has an enormous impact on our trajectory.
Key responsibilities and expectations:
Lead our data science efforts
Own match algorithms and neural network AI roadmap
Collaborate on our machine learning roadmap, improving our user experience, quality and equity of match
Work with engineering, research and product leaders to solve our most critical business challenges
Help mine our transactional data to produce industry/workplace trends and insights to help educate companies and propose solutions to create a more inclusive, productive and engaged workplace
Skills and qualities needed for the role:
2+ years experience in data science
